❖ A basic introduction into the Reduced Row Echelon Form (RREF) for a matrix and the steps of this elimination for matrices are presented in this Linear Algebra tutorial. The RREF method is a process used to solve a system of linear equations by converting a matrix into a reduced row echelon form matrix by using elementary row operations and we have used different sizes of matrices.

❖ We have done RREF for the \(2 \times 5\) matrix, so we have transformed the matrix to Reduced Row Echelon Form. The size of the matrix we have chosen for this lesson \(2 \times 5\) matrix. The size of matrices is sometimes called order or dimension.
